Responsibilities:
- leading paid acquisition and retargeting efforts across all platforms to achieve volume, quality and ROI goals
- analysing the performance of marketing campaigns with data and metrics and optimizing accordingly;
- collaborating with the creative team and editors to generate good quality Ads
- budget optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 3+ years' experience in advertising / comms industry- Background in digital marketing
- deep understanding of main paid acquisition platforms policies, and keep learning policy updates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
