Responsibilities
1. Learn about the whole process of the company to get familiar with the company’s operation and management;
2. Be able to discover problems existing in each department during the training period, so as to promote the process optimization of various departments;
3. Practice the critical thinking in internal and external communication and problem solving;
4. Complete the assigned project training.
