Main Responsibilities
● We teach students ESL course among 5~15, and we use Wonders(a famous American primary school textbook) as our textbook
● 9:00 am – 18:00 pm class and work schedule with two days off (we work on weekends) Or alternating one/two days per week with allowance.
● Lesson Planning (We put more emphasis on students’Critical Thinking Development)
● Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to: demonstration classes, curriculum meetings and development and event planning
● Cooperate with the staff in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the center
● Attend center's social events
Requirements
● Native English speaker OR Nonnative with perfect accent and qualification
● Experience of teaching young learners preferred (must have TEFL if non-experienced)
● Clean criminal record
● Plenty of passion and energy for students
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary Package
● 18,000 -- 22,000 RMB/Month after tax
● 3000 RMB accommodation allowance
● 600 RMB traffic allowance
American Bond Education is looking for passionate ESL teachers to join our center and inspire the students of China with their first steps into language learning. We are a bilingual training center with two campuses in Shanghai China. Our headquarter is located in downtown, 15mins walking from Shanghai Rail Station.
Serving the students among 5--15 with two programs. One is our headquarter ESL courses and the other is coop program with several middle schools in Minhang or Xuhui District in Shanghai. Both the programs are using Wonders as our teaching guideline.(Wonders is a famous American primary school textbook) Teachers help our children develop skills in speaking, listening, and critical thinking skills and encourage a love and appreciation of both the English language and foreign cultures.
