Job description :
Position : Private school restaurant General Manager
Job Propose: The General Manager (GM) is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities, and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant as necessary. The GM works to ensure that all activities are consistent with and supportive of the restaurant’s business plan. The GM ensures all employees (shift leader and crew persons) are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.100%comunication with school.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure budgets & sales targets are met.
2. Culinary Capers brand promise is delivered to customers.
3. Build a restaurant culture of that where performance is priority #1 and employees are coached and supported to develop into their highest potential.
KPI:
1. 65% student /teacher participation.
2. At least 3 web-survey on student’s satisfaction per year. Below 25% of not satisfied in survey with 4 degrees of satisfaction.
3. Turnover rate in restaurant less than 15 % every school year.
Working hours :
Monday to Friday From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Requirements:
1. 28-50 years old.
2. English speaker.
3. Good knowledge and experience of F&B management in an international environment.
4. Strong communication & relationship skills in an international environment.
5.Strong leadership in inter-culture environment.
