General Manager Assistant Needed in Beijing

Beijing Creation Myths Television Advertising Company founded in 2006 in Beijing, is one of the well-known animation companis. It’s core business - three-dimensional animation (3D animation), product animation, corporate video production, film and television post-processing.
Now we’re looking for (General) manager assistant urgently, the office is in Beijing
Main Responsibility:
Assist the general manager on thematic work and emergencies.
Daily work:
1, Participate in the company's major business decisions.
2, To understand company operations and business environment conditions, and assist the General Manager to develop a strategic development plan, annual work plans, business plans and business development plan.
3, Involving in the evaluation of job performance for sectors and key staff positions.
4, Special investigation commissioned by the GM.
5, To assist the general manager on day-to-day administration and management issues.
6, Take part in major business and public relations activities.
7, Other tasks from the general manager.
Qualifications:
1/ Come from Europe and North America, good appearance
2/ Good understanding of finance, business management, business administration, advertising industry,
3/ 3 years working experience
4/ Very good Chinese language ability
Skills
1/ Strong communication skills
2/ Very good writing ability
3/ Familiar with national laws and regulations and local rules and regulations
4/ Strong coordination and public relations capacity
