Junior Interior Designers & Architects

ArchiBat HR is looking for JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNERS & ARCHITECTS for a prestigious Interior Design firm specialized in luxury hospitality. The position is based in Hong Kong.
You will plan the design of luxury hospitality projects including 5-stars hotels, restaurants and spas. You will manage the work of turning your ideas into a reality in assisting Senior Interior Designers.
The role includes:
- working to a brief, which details what the space will be used for
- managing the project, from concept to contact administration
- negotiating fees and setting schedules for the project
- researching and drawing up sketches and plans
- developing detailed designs and choosing materials
- supervising the work as it is carried out.
This position requires the following :
- At least 3 years of related experience in designing and leading high end exclusive hospitality projects
- Professional degree or equivalent
- A demonstrated proficiency with Auto Cad & PowerPoint
- Independent and mature personality
- Perfectly fluent in English (Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus)
- LEED Accredited is also a plus
