Our team is comprised of both Chinese and foreign members and forms a blend of local Chinese expertise and international understanding of western standards.
The flow of foreigners to Shanghai is experiencing exponential growth. The first thing these new comers need, of course, is an apartment, house or office to rent. Therefore there is tremendous potential for our company to grow hand in hand with the increasing number of people wanting a taste of the ‘Shanghainese’ way of life.
For those reasons, we are always looking to add to our young, exciting and international team to cater for the needs of these new arrivals.
Brief job description(the position is not limited to the following)
•Find and acquire potential customers,
•Promote our services through various marketing channels,esp e-makrteting
•Develop and implement new ideas on how to expand the business,
•Implement marketing campaigns,
•Establish long term relationships with corporate clients,
Requirements
•Proficient use of English (written and spoken), other language is a plus,
•Experience in business management,
•Entrepreneurial,
•Willing to take responsibility and manage projects,
