Responsibilities:
+ Be responsible for the sales activities in respective regions
+ Develop and maintain good and profitable business relationship with clients in the regions
+ Collect and provide market/ product/ competitor information of the responsible regions for the company
+ Estatblish and maintain sales channels and customer relationship, selcet suitable sales distributors, effectively manage and coordinate with distributors
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above
+ Have a strong character and be willing to go an extra mile
+ Prior exposure real estate is highly preferred
+ Good teamplayer
+ Proficient working with MS Office and the Internet
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Proficient in English both written and oral
+ Proficient in Chinese both written and oral
+ Wllingness to work in Beijing
