Responsibilities:
-To ensure the school admits the sufficient and most qualified students according to the admission policies.
-Make the annual plan of admissions job and continuously optimize the whole process with effective target management tools.
-Initiate and organize marketing and admission activities according to target market analysis and data analysis.
-Work closely with Marketing and other internal departments to solicit and give feedback on Admissions job to enhance the positive loop of whole program.
Qualifications:
-3 years marketing or sales experience in high intelligence markets. Team management experience is plus.
-Good English communication skills both in spoken and written;
-Have good understanding and be passionate for education or people development, can-do and positive attitude;
-Great team-player, always takes initiative and also be supportive.
