This role is responsible for new account development, expanding existing accounts, contract preparation and execution, accounts payable collections, and maintaining close relationships with key contacts. The Account Executive has monthly, quarterly and annual quotas. Advanced proficiency in Chinese AND English is required.

•Work with Sales Manager to develop a sales and territory penetration strategy for the assigned territory, and set goals to implement that strategy.
•Plan and execute customer meetings and help them create an advertising program that aligns with their market objective, provide them with value-added services, and articulate the value proposition thereof. This includes educating customers on True Run Media’s distinct brands, their demographics, and their value.
•Develop advertising plans for clients, collect all relevant material to execute the plan, and ensure that accounts payable are collected in a timely manner and according to SOPs.
•Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target and quotas within a given cost budget.
•Develop and cultivate deep relationships at all levels with agencies and clients, and maintain their information in the company’s CRM system.
•Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customers.
•Work with marketing to find venues and sponsors for company events.
•Attend all company events, as well as external events, and represent True Run Media in a professional and engaging way.
•Develop a weekly sales forecast and report on progress to established goals in the weekly sales meeting.
•Collect and verify market information for micro and macro market analysis.
