Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement community user growth strategy for mobile sports games (e.g. MLB licensed baseball, Simulation soccer game)
- Manage and produce entertaining and engaging contents for multiple social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Discord)
- Analyze social media promotion performance
- Preparation of the weekly/monthly content plans, regular posting on the socials
- Work with medias, influencers, engaging them in the project
- Ongoing improvement of the content quality: usage of various formats, unconventional approach, viral mechanics
Qualifications:
- Perfect command of English, including impeccable spelling and grammar
- 2+ years experiences on marketing with proven ability to grow and maintain online communities on multiple social media channels
- Proficient communication and creative skills for coming up with ideas on content production
- Teamwork ability, self-management skills
- Problem-solving, practical and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of relevant sports (baseball, soccer, etc.) and gaming audiences
- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing / business / media would be a plus
- Native English speaker would be a plus
