1) Be responsible for program success meeting program success criteria
2) Based on high management initial consensus, to generate program charter
3) To communicate with each functional manager securing required resource organizing program team
4) Define program success criteria
5) Define required infrastructure, capital, spending, resource, technology and gap of those to lead team to find path
6) Host periodic program management review with cross functional team to define gap, actions, owners
7) Generate periodic program progress report to management
8) Report and escalate timely about project stopper, gap, tasks behind of plan, constraint, and required resource
9) Manage program success to meet the criteria.
10) Post project review, define key take away and lesson learnt to reflect to following project
1) University graduated major in Physics, Chemistry, mechanical engineering, Electronics engineering, material science. industrial or equivalent
2) Minimum 5 years program management experience in semiconductor product and package development
3) PMP certification required
4) Must have knowledge about semiconductor products development
procedure from market opportunity define, initial biz case, basic understanding product development cycle from wafer design, to final assembly and test products qualification defining required functional resource
5) Understand basic wafer FAB process flow, assembly and test flow, cost structure, product qualification procedure, customer qualification requirements.
6) Able to communicate with multinational counter parties in English in different time zones counter parties by the phone call or video call
7) Able to manage different functions conflicted interests align to program success criteria
8) Problem and conflicted situation solving skill
9) Fluent English in written and reading
15 months salary per year, accommodation and meals provided by the company.
