Customer Service Representative native English speaker
Native English speaker with ability to communicate clearly is required since you will be working directly with foreign managers at various organizations around the world. Please note the position will require individuals to work either late night (10pm – 6:30am) or early morning (4am -1pm) Monday to Friday Minimum Qualifications: • 1-2 years customer service experience • Bachelors Degree • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities • Demonstrated leadership abilities • Experience in customer service and good phone etiquette • Strong written and oral communication skills • MS Office
experience Preferred: • Business experience or a business degree is a plus • Prior experience in advertising sales, telesales or online help-desk • Chinese language skills helpful but not required • Technical knowledge helpful; web design, Photoshop or print design expe
