Qualifications and Requirements:
1. 5 years or more experience in RF technology-related work;
2. familiarity with RF system architecture and circuit principles;
3. Master communication principles, RF microwave circuits, electromagnetic fields and electromagnetic waves, EMC and other related technical theories;
4. proficiency in simulation software such as ADS and HFSS, and drawing software such as Cadence and Altium Designer;
5. proficiency in commonly used instrumentation such as signal sources, spectrum meters, network analysers, noise analysers, oscilloscopes, etc.
6. have the ability to identify and research RF circuits and analysis methods in RF related fields, as well as the ability to characterize products and materials.
7. Education: master’s degree or above in computer, electronic engineering, communication, applied physics, electromagnetism and other related fields; if you have very good experience, a bachelor's degree or lower is also welcome.
