Job Title: Sourcing Engineer Needed (Based in Shenzhen)
Location: Shenzhen, Penang
Job Description
1. Supplier development, evaluation & management according to company strategy
2. Establish & manage long-term supplier relationships with preferred suppliers.
3. Agreement negotiation, such as Purchase Agreement, Non-disclosure agreement.
4. Raw material and solution development with suppliers according to project requests.
5. Arrange RFQ & samples according to project development stages.
6. Negotiate for Commercial items, including Payment Terms, Price, MOQ, Leadtime etc.
7. Drive supplier cost down with CBD analysis and alternative solutions/suppliers
8. Supply chain risk management, to ensure suppliers` output matching project requirements.
9. Conduct supplier audit, including new supplier & Strategic Supplier Annual Audit
10. Closely work with internal DED and Sales for project development
11. Continuously review supply base and closely work with internal team to improve delivery, quality, and service.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
2. Knowledge on generic mechanics and mechanics process/technologies
3. 5+years of relevant sourcing experience, engineering background is preferred.
4. Keen on new applications and could explore supply chain possibilities fast.
5. Experience in multinational companies
Good command of Mandarin & English both in speaking and writing
