ob Description
1. To describe, assign and delegate duties and authority for the operation of the Restaurant at all times.
2. Managing the departmental operation and taking action where necessary to ensure smooth running and participating in service duties during service periods, where necessary.
3. To assist with selecting, training, coaching and developing people to meet current and future needs of the department and the hotel.
Qualifications
1. More than two years experience of 4-5 star international hotel in the same position
2. To be knowledgeable in Food & Beverage service and operation
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Ability to motivate, lead and communicate with his team members.
5. Fluency in spoken English and written skills.
