Job Description:
1. Sales and market development of the company's products in foreign trade areas
1) Responsible for product market channel development and sales work, implement and complete the company's annual product sales plan;
2) According to the company's product, price and market strategy, independently handle the inquiry, quotation, contract terms negotiation and contract signing. Coordinate and supervise the operation of various functional departments in the process of contract execution.
3) Understand the dynamics of customer demand, tap potential customers, enhance sales value, and track customer development to achieve the purpose of increasing market share of the company's products.
2. Business Insights & information gathering and forecasting
1) Pay attention to the demand of the product application market, market changes and competitors, gain insight into the development trend of the industry, identify business opportunities, timely and truthfully feedback market information to the R & D and production departments, and promote the close cooperation between BLG sales, R & D and production departments.
2) Dynamically grasp market information and provide regular market analysis and forecast reports to the company in written form, including but not limited to daily written reports;
3. Customer management
1) Do a good job in customer technical support and customer training, provide customers with high standards of quality service and properly handle customer complaints, improve customer satisfaction, maintain customer files.
2) Collect key competitors' new product development, customer opportunities, market strategies and other information, and analyze and forecast the market information and formulate countermeasures.
3) Combine the company's Iron Triangle project model, apply the LTC process management concept, and practice the end-to-end management mechanism. It makes sales lead management, sales opportunity points, contract execution and delivery, customer accounts collection and other business flows through.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, major in fermentation, food science, biology, chemistry, etc.
2. Good English reading and writing ability;
3. Good professional ethics, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
4. Good ability to connect with people, good self-motivation, have ideas.
5. Outgoing, able to work under pressure, good at communication and coordination.
