We are one of the world's leading industrial service providers, located in Beijing, China. We provide full life-cycle service for manufacturing facilities and equipment.
At present, most of our clients are from the automobile manufacturing industry.
Job title: Senior BD Manager (Business Development Department)
Office: BDA, Beijing, China
Report to: Vice president
Subordinates: Sales Engineers
Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the company's sales targets by organising and coordinating business development activities such as customer analysis, project feasibility analysis, business negotiations, and bidding;
2. Pricing research and strategy, including cost and pricing, competitor analysis, etc.
3. Customer relationship management and maintenance;
4. Sales system or process construction, supervision, and optimisation;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and requirements:
1/ Over 8 (at least 5) years of business development experience in the field of production facilities and equipment services, or sales and BD experience in the fields of manufacturing facilities and equipment such as automobiles, electronics, new energy, and medicine. Or if you’re a professional salesperson who can take on BD and sales work in any industry, you can show us your abilities and desires.
2/ A technical background is required, such as mechanical, electrical, equipment management, automation, etc.
3/ You need to be good at English, both listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4/ This position prefers someone who has a good appearance, strong professionalism, good communication skills, and who can withstand pressure.
5/ You must be able to accept the management style of state-owned enterprises and foreign companies.
6/ You must be used to business activities and wine table culture.
