Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for leading the overall human resources function in responsible SBU and collaborate with HR CoE and SSC team to support business and people strategy execution and build a high performance organization.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Forecasting: Manage and forecast people cost and drive organization effectiveness and partner with business management team to create strategic and secure workforce planning.
Organization Design: Continuously improve organization effectiveness, lead and/or support business leader in key organizational change management initiatives, organizational culture change, business process excellence, re-organizations, etc.
Talent Development: Identify strategic competency requirement for the future organization, initiate and manage business strategy-driven organizational development activities, and develop a talent pipeline and talent intervention to mobilize the resources and talents
Strategic Hiring: Drive strategic talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives together with TA CoE team.
Performance Management: Lead BV Performance Management deployment, including Objective setting, MyPerformance, MyDevelopment, feedback conversation, etc., and solve key employee issues to ensure a high performance organization.
Compensation and Benefit: Facilitate annual bonus and merit cycle, develop and design business specific incentive policies and schemes.
People Engagement: Initiate & lead activities increasing satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention through BVocal program execution and action planning
Coaching and Enabling: Act as an advisor and sparring partner to business management team, coach and challenge business leaders on developing their teams, organization and people decision to meet with BV Leadership Expectations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 8 years HRBP relevant experience in MNCs
Good speaking and writing English
Demonstrated ability to drive HR major initiatives through the organization
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders, be able to collaborate well with all levels of the organization
Strong organizational savvy and business acumen
Excellent interpersonal skill, problem solving skills, strategic thinking and hands-on
Fluent English both in Spoken and written
