Job Description
We offer a challenging and inspiring role where you, together with a team of strong competences, you secure a seamless co-worker experience across legal entities within Inter IKEA in Sweden. This work you will do with all Inter IKEA entities in mind.
The assignment:
Lead and develop P&C generalists' team
Contribute to implementation of Inter IKEA People Strategy on Country/Regional dimension.
Secure a broad range of operational People & Culture assignments covering all aspects of the joining, moving and leaving process
Lead execution of P&C year cycle operational tasks
Secure development of ways of working on the People & Culture Generalist arena
Contribute in operational implementation of all IKEA Business Capabilities connected to people (HR Operations, Talent, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, etc.) on Country/Regional dimension.
Secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining HR processes and working methods on Country/Regional dimension.
Secure high qualitative execution in day-to-day P&C support to all employees.
Secure compliance to employment standards and good cooperation with local social partners.
Lead the local team of P&C generalists (specialists): recruitment, development, performance management, retention, and succession plans.
Contribute to make IKEA a diverse and humanistic workplace. Secure IKEA culture and values are embedded in all processes and ways of working.

This position will report to People & Culture Operations Manager, Supply Area East Asia.

Senior experience within People & Culture Area
Proven record in stakeholder management, strong interest, and drive to find common interests and agenda and ability to build trustful relations.
Proven ability with leading in change and organizational development.
At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA values and promote the IKEA Culture. Drive activities that will keep the IKEA values a living reality.
