YOUR TASKS
Identify and clarify test-related requirement with customer in the form of specified project descriptions, analyze test-related expenditure /识别澄清客户测试相关要求，分析测试相关输出.
Plan, prepare, and define test concepts for individual material, parts, assemblies, and systems and involvement in the preparation of requirement specifications for new products /在材料，单件，总成以及系统层面上计划，准备以及定义测试相关概念，参与新产品测试标准的编制.
Prepare and define system test plan, test specifications, test equipment and the necessary test-related documentation /准备并且定义系统测试计划，测试标准，测试设备，以及必要的测试相关文件
Define and arrange the test equipment for the responsible project according to the DVP plan, confirm the long and short capacity of internal and external laboratories, and submit the application to the external laboratory, if necessary, adjust test plan and equipment according to requirement/对所负责项目的试验按照DVP进行定义和安排试验设备，确认长周期以及短周期内部、外部实验室的试验产能，并向外部实验室提出申请，如果必要，按需求调整测试计划以及测试设备
Monitor the test budget, tacking test process, present test result in time /监控所负责项目的试验相关费用，跟踪试验进度，及时汇报测试结果，
Lead test failed analysis, provide suggestions to customers on the possibility of optimization, agree solution concepts for test result. 主导试验失效分析，向客户提供优化建议, 并就解决方案概念达成一致
Review test report, manage and process the samples before and after test/审核试验报告，并对所负责项目的试验样品在试验前后进行管理及处理
Support coordinate and implement the laboratory audit of the responsible customer. 支持所负责项目的客户关于实验室审核的要求
Plan and determined necessary test fixture, incl. qualification and release process. /计划以及定义试验必要的测试支架，包括支架的认可以及释放。

Your Qualifications
1． Test lab engineer working experience ≥3 years, automotive Industry working experience, lighting manufactory working experience preferred ≥3年相关实验室工作经验，有汽车车灯试验经验优先
2． Strong team working sprit and good attitude with target orientation/有较强的团队精神和清晰的目标和方向
3． Engineering bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical automation and computer is preferred/ 电子，机械，自动化和计算机相关专业本科毕业优先
4． English: Fluent English in spoken, written, and listening; Familiar with all Microsoft tools (word, excel, etc.) 具备流利英语听说能力并能熟练操作微软办公软件
5． Communication skill: good communication and presentation skill with internal & external/较强的沟通能力 6． Can deal with overtime, business trip timely/能配合加班和安排的必要出差
