Within this role you will be responsible to work with dealers or approach the market directly to grow Vitra’s business in China.
What You Can Expect
Act as a Vitra brand ambassador to present Vitra’s brand, products, concepts, and culture professionally in front of direct and indirect clients
Work closely with core sales partners to increase Vitra’s chance of winning projects and growing Vitra’s share of wallet.
Grow contract dealers network and manage their performance, strategically guide them and collaborate with them to achieve a win-win outcome for both parties' benefits.
Work with internal team to deliver a good customer experience.
Work in an entrepreneurial environment, with an intrinsic motivation to develop business, thinking outside the box to contribute to Vitra’s short, mid- and long-term growth in China and the region.
Cold acquisition, development of client relationship, project management - consulting of client, tendering process, implementation and after sales accompaniment of clients.
Approach A&D and PM firms proactively to build a network and strengthen the relations and collaboration.
Work with dealers to organize lunch & learn sharing on Vitra.

How You Can Convince
3 - 5 years’ work experience in sales in high end furniture or an equivalent contract design business or design related.
Bachelor’s degree at least or Master.
Ambitious and passionate sales-oriented person with high level of excellence and independence.
Aim-oriented and solution-focused driver of daily business activities with a hands-on attitude. Strong customer focus and experience working in a customer-facing role.
Excellent networker and team player with good communication, language and coordination skills.
Integrity, teamplay and transparent collaboration.
Good sense of aesthetics, design and quality.
Fluent in English.
