In your new role you will:
Achieve team & individual business target, drive revenue growth and gain market share
Identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources/ competencies to maximize design wins, including the involvement/support of the relevant HQ departments
Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely
Team up with marketing, application engineers, system engineers &management to achieve defined target
Build strong and long-lasting relationship with customers

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Minimum a bachelor degree
At least 5 years work experience related to sales is preferred
Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting
Good interpersonal & communication skill for business propositions
Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external
Ability to articulate well business proposal along with technical across all levels of hierarchy
Fluent written & oral English for business
