Our client is a sizable dual-currency fund, multiple billion USD equivalent, specializing in private equity (PE) and long-only investments, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.
they are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Associate to join our team in Beijing. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in IR team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
## Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company and investors, providing information and answering inquiries.
- Assist in developing and implementing the investor relations strategy.
- Prepare and distribute communication materials such as press releases, presentations, and financial reports.
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
- Monitor and analyze financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights to the investor relations strategy.
## Day-to-day
- Engage with current and potential investors, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
- Monitor and report on analyst reports and financial news impacting the company's stock price.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging to investors.
- Stay informed about industry and market trends, and communicate relevant information to the team.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings calls, annual reports, and other investor-related events.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in investor relations, preferably in USD fund.
- Strong understanding of long-term fund investment and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
