Human Resource Specialist (English Close to Native Level)
Summary:
A large machinery manufacturing enterprise based in Henan Province, China is recruiting a human resource specialist.
Office: Zhengzhou (the capital of Henan Province), China.
Type: Full time, on site
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in campus recruitment, social recruitment, and internal recruitment activities organized by the department.
(Including recruitment channel maintenance, job posting, resume screening, interview coordination and follow-up.)
2. Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing company training programs.
3. Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, and internal transfers—ensuring all procedures are complete and compliant with company policies.
4. Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Must be fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).
2. Chinese proficiency: At least HSK Level 4 or equivalent.
3. Education & Experience:
o If you hold a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in the HR field is required.
o If you are a master’s student, you must be graduating in 2025.
Graduates from both Chinese and overseas universities are welcome, but your university should be well-recognized (as required for visa processing).
4. Educational background in Human Resource Management or Business Administration is preferred.
5. Willing to live and work long-term in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China.
6. Candidates who are familiar with or fond of Chinese culture and lifestyle will be given priority.
