NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: European Perspectives on Digital China (EPDC) and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
The overall objective of this assignment is to which this action contributes is to increase the resilience of the EU bilateral relations with China in the field of digital policies and technologies.
Location: The operational base for the project will be Brussels, Belgium.
Duration: The intended start date is October 2025 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 36 months from this date.
Key Expert:

☝️ Qualifications and skills:
University degree at Master’s level (or equivalent), attested by a diploma, in a discipline relevant to this assignment (such as: Public Policies, Political science, International Relations, Economics, China studies, Law, Engineering, Science and Technology studies, Business Administration) or, in its absence, a degree at Bachelor’s level (or equivalent) and an additional five years of experience in addition to the minimum number of years of general professional experience.
Excellent communication and reporting skills to be demonstrated by past relevant experience.
High proficiency of English both written and oral, at least at CEFR-level C1 to be demonstrated by certificate or by past relevant experience.
Knowledge of the Chinese language, at least at CEFR-level B1, to be demonstrated by certificate or by past relevant experience will be considered an asset.
☝️ General professional experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a sector relevant to the assignment, such as digital projects or studies.
☝️ Specific professional experience:
Having successfully completed one or more assignments related to digital policies over the last 3 years. Undertaking two or more assignments will be considered an asset.
Previous experience working on China‘s digital policies will be considered an asset.
A very good knowledge on EU digital policies will be considered an asset.
Work experience with EU China related projects will be considered an asset.
