The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary AI Application Engineer to architect next-generation financial advisory systems. As a core member of our AI R&D Center, you'll transform wealth management experiences through cutting-edge LLM implementations, directly impacting over 50M+ users.

Key Responsibilities
Precision Evaluation - Develop financial LLM evaluation frameworks with 15+ KPIs including risk prediction accuracy & compliance adherenceAB Experimentation - Design multi-variant testing protocols across 8+ model componentsDomain Optimization - Implement hybrid prompt engineering strategies combining Chain-of-Thought & Constitutional AI for regulatory complianceProduct Integration - Architect API bridges connecting AI chat with portfolio management systemsPerformance Benchmarking - Establish real-time monitoring dashboards tracking 20+ financial health indicators What We ValueMaster's/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related fields (NLP/ML focus preferred)Technical Mastery:
Proven success in deploying financial LLM solutions (BloombergGPT experience preferred)Proven expertise in Python/SQL with hands-on experienceDemonstrated AB testing expertise across model architecturesFinancial domain knowledge (CFA/FRM certification is a plus), and deep understanding of portfolio optimization algorithms and Robo-advisory systemsTrack record of delivering commercial AI projects from concept to deploymentAgile problem-solving
