Job Requirements
Basic Chinese Proficiency
The engineering team primarily communicates in Chinese; basic Chinese language skills are required for internal coordination.
2–3 Years of Experience in Business Development
Proven track record in outbound sales or business development, particularly in the Bangkok market.
Experience in the software industry is a strong plus.
Strong Independent Work Capability
Ability to work autonomously, including frequent travel for client visits, meetings, and participation in trade shows or exhibitions.
Performance-Oriented Mindset
This role is goal-driven and includes monthly performance evaluations, with targets and future sales objectives clearly established.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred)
Familiarity with the financial software industry is highly desirable.
Candidates with a solid understanding of software sales cycles, SaaS business models, and API integration processes will have a distinct advantage.
Willingness for Future Relocation (Preferred)
The company plans to establish a branch office in Bangkok in the near future. Candidates open to potential relocation or assignment in Bangkok will be preferred.
