Responsibilities
Injection Molding machine and ancillary equipment maintenance and Injection mold maintenance.
Safety rules implementation to ensure people and equipment safety.
Preventive Maintenance implementation.
Consumed spare part and request report for responsible equipment.
Department maintenance order collection.
Downtime reduction and facility improvement, site emergency solving and trouble shouting.
Equipment improvement and modification assigned by manager.
Requirements
Good knowledge for Injection Molding and ancillary equipment maintenance and Injection Mold maintenance. Familiar with the IMM process and principle.
At least three years working experience in equipment maintenance.
TPM experience and foreign company work experience are plus.
Basic electrical knowledge for IM machine and ancillary equipment.
Basic English reading and writing, Office software usage are plus.
