Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers;
Answer customer promptly with updated information on product engineering and trouble-shooting techniques;
Build-up an effective link with customer through routine visits;
Collect, analyze field technical data, and elaborate technical review;
Report to OEM technical-related issues;
Update customer database;
Ensure OEM trouble shooting and maintenance standards are correctly implemented;
Introduce products and technical services to new operators;
Participate to dedicated technical training courses;
Review repair station shop finding reports and elaborate technical analysis;
Assist Customer and Material Supply Department to procure adequate documentation, tools or parts;
Attend annual field service engineers meeting;
Demonstrate special tools at customer base;
Other tasks assigned by superior

资历和要求:

Competencies

Bachelor degree or above;
Aviation mechanic & electronic engineering;
At least 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance associated with engineering or line maintenance;
Former employment with a domestic airline is an advantage;
Proficient in using AMM/CMM;
Well-versed in MS Office;
Fluent Chinese and good oral and written English;
Communication and negotiation skills;
Proficient computer skills;
Responsibility and service oriented;
Strong communication and coordination skills;
Action oriented focus, active communication;
Strong team spirit and learning adapting capability;
Cross-cultural competence;
Ability to work under pressure.
