Globally renowned Real Estate agency, they now seek a passionate Marketing candidate to join their team in support of the marketing manager.

Join a prestigious international real estate agency to support the Marketing
Spearhead online/offline marketing initiatives, analyze performance data
Seeking a digitally savvy marketer with 2-3 years of experience (real estate)

Our client is a globally renowned Real Estate agency, they now seek a passionate Marketing candidate to join their team in support of the marketing manager.

Responsibilities

Promote international properties through all sales and marketing activities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute online campaigns and offline events.
Identify new promotion channels for international properties.
Compile marketing performance reports, collect sales channel feedback, and monitor results to identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with overseas marketing teams to ensure product/service content is available on various online platforms.
Work with agencies and media to launch promotional items.
Assist with event planning and execution.

资历和要求:

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
Experience in design and digital marketing.
2-3 years of marketing experience, experience in the Real Estate or Property industries is REQUIRED.
Experience working with in-house designers or agencies, and the ability to direct and lead design and web teams to complete assigned projects.
Experience in digital and social media marketing, including YouTube Ad, Google Ad, and Facebook Ad.
Willingness to support occasional weekend events (Time off in lieu).
