Supplier Quality Engineer-D
Responsibilities
Take the ownership to develop the parts according to project timing, including tooling kickoff, OTS sample, PPAP evaluation and smooth ramp-up
Conduct audit activities at supplier plant, such as VDA6.3 process audit, PPAP audit, 8D audit, to ensure the stability of supplier process and quality system
Responsible for material quality issue, track supplier 8D activities
Review the cause analysis of suppliers to ensure the effectiveness of corrective measures
Create incoming inspection criteria and WI, provide relevant training to IQC
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Requirments
Bachelor’s degree major in mechanical or electrical
At least 5 year of the experience in Supplier Quality Management field
Well experienced in APQP, PPAP activities
Familiar with IATF16949 and core tools
Fluent English in speaking and writing
