About the job

Chevalier (HK) Limited provides installation, testing, repair, maintenance, and modernization services of lifts and escalators. We participate in different kinds of development projects consisting of commercial buildings, hotels, private residential estates and public housing projects etc. Established in 1970, the lift and escalator division was Chevalier's first business division and today it remains one of our core businesses.

Responsibilities

Responsible for pre-contract and post-contract activities, including tender preparation, contract and specification review, attending tender interview, etc
Prepare cost estimations and bidding packages
Coordinate with internal departments for providing the most competitive tendering solution
Assist in negotiation with clients for variation orders and provide relevant administrative support
Assist Sales Manager to expand sales strategically and achieve Company's target

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in mechanical or electrical engineering
5 year's relevant experience preferably gained in construction or engineering industry
Aggressive, self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
