English Native Copywriter (Shenzhen)
Global Sources is a leading business-to-business (B2B) media company and a primary facilitator of two-way trade with Greater China. We provide sourcing information to volume buyers and integrated marketing services to suppliers.
We're currently seeking a native English copywriter to join our team at our headquarters in Shenzhen.
You will be responsible for writing crisp and persuasive print and online B2B advertisements for our clients in Southern China and around the world. You will also work closely with your fellow copywriters, providing research, editorial and proofreading support in a constructive and non-defensive manner.

We're looking for someone with:
1. A keen interest in learning new things every day and sharing what they learn;
2. Adaptability -- whether it is to our house style or to the hundreds of product lines they may be asked to write about;
3. Strong attention to detail;
4. The ability to work fast and under deadline pressure;
5. The ability to take and give criticism without ego or defensiveness.
Qualified candidates should have:
1. A university degree in Journalism, English, Literature, Mass Communication or a related field;
2. Exceptional native-English copywriting and editing skills (AP style);
3. At least 2 years of writing-related work experience;
4. Experience working in and/or building teams;
5. Good command of spoken Mandarin is a plus.
