Senior Product Designer Needed
This job is in Dongguan (Guangdong province), about 50KM from Guangzhou, and 80 KM from Shenzhen, a very famous industry city in China
Responsibilities：
1/ shape designing and structural designing, for the new design and product development.
2/ communicate with designers, understand their ability and help them promote their design skills.
3/ be sensitive in the needs of customers, for the design projects.
4/ to set direction by trying a variety of different shapes in popular culture and the mass market
5/ to understand the new trends in the worldwide consumer goods, by any possible methods
6/ cooperate with structural design group, for the development of new technologies.
7/ ensure all designs and new products development are on the highest standards, make new products and projects profitable.
8/ evaluate the performance of all designers, senior designers and structural designers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1/ Product Designer Come from Europe, US, South Korea or Taiwan, or Chinese have education and working experience in these countries
2/ more than five years of product designing experience (preferably with toy design or electronic consumer goods design experience)
3/ at least three years’ industrial designing experience
4/ market insight and creative ability
5/ sense of responsibility, a sense of team
