Assistant to CEO
Employer: PSource Capital is a boutique corporate finance, investment advisory and fund management business with offices in London and Shanghai. PSource Capital is seeking an employee for its Shanghai office to provide assistance to its Head of China with all aspects of its China and cross-border corporate finance (investment banking) and fund management operations:
•Sectors: infrastructure, renewable energy and financial institutions industries, and also undertakes mandates in other sectors opportunistically.
•Transactions: venture capital, private equity (growth, pre-IPO), M&A
•Countries: Emerging markets (China, India, Latin America, Africa) and Developed Markets (UK, Europe and USA)
Time/Travel Commitments:
•Frequent domestic travel: 4-8 overnight trips per month
•Possible international travel as necessary
•Normal working hours, with evenings for business development as necessary

Requirements: Required:
•Professional-level written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese •2+ years of previous professional experience in relevant industry
•Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, English or related field
Preferred:
•CFA Charter or Masters in business, finance, economics or related field
•International education and/or work experience conducted in English
