Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the growth and development of our hospitality division. We are currently in the process of developing a new brand and require someone who will be responsible for creating and managing all material used to promote the business. He/she will be actively involved in all aspects of the hotel management business, from brand development to technical services to the operations of the hotel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Preparing presentations and marketing material for both developers and targeted guests
2.Performing extensive research, due diligence, and competitive analyses of hospitality industry
3.Managing relationships with development and operational partners during technical services phase of hotel projects

Requirements
1 Exceptional analytical skills with intense attention to detail
2 Strong writing skills, capable of producing collateral independently
3 2+ years of experience in hospitality and/or brand development is highly preferred
4 Proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint is essential
5 Capacity to work independently and as part of a collegial team
6 A good team player with a positive attitude
