Position: Overseas Project Specialist
Responsibility:
1.Pay constant attention to the global political and economical trend, and discover potential immigration countries.
2.Each development project must get the confirmation of target country’s official website and enclosed official link
3.Understand investment immigration policy of target country (eg: real estate, launch company, buy bonds etc.) and the whole process. Finally report work to supervisor.
4.When confirm investment immigration acquirement, contact initiatively developers and banks which are legal and get business qualification, then start public relationship job. Finally report work to supervisor.
5.Understand the details of local investment immigration project, and answer exactly client’s questions about local politics, culture, geography, education and medical treatment.
6.Understand the developer’s property types, structure, building location and price, enable our clients to select satisfactory houses and assist them to finish the investment immigration successfully.
7.Understand application process of local immigration.
8.Understand local PR visa category and privileges.
9.Summarize the clients’ questions after presentation, follow up the indeterminable problems till they are resolved.

Requirement:
1.From Portugal / Spain / Hungary / U.S. is must
2.Speak English very well
3.Live in China above one year, can speak Chinese is a plus
