Company Description:
International photography studio with a small team (less than 10 members) is looking for a logistics manager to handle photo shoots mainly in fashion and accessories.
Job Description:
* You will be responsible for all stock activities: product reception, and product supervision throughout the shooting process up to product return to the client.
* You will be responsible for updating a stock inventory list on Microsoft Excel.
*You will look for improvements and make suggestions on stock management.
* You will prepare the shooting schedule for the next day and organize product storage.
* You will organize the team’s work ensuring good team spirit.
* You will be in direct contact with the client (based in the U.S.) and you will liaise with the studio director always keeping him informed of the stock situation and any stock problems that may arise.

Profile:
- College degree or work experience. Logistics experience is a plus.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Good command of Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Microsoft Excel.¬
