About Us
Founded in 2019, We are a technology education provider dedicated to giving children and teens the skills, confidence, and creativity to build with technology. We partner with some of the biggest international schools in Beijing and Shanghai, and our programs cover coding, robotics, web and game development, and 3D design, all taught through hands on, project based learning.
We run camps and prepare students to compete in robotics and coding competitions. We believe students learn best by making. From their first block of Scratch code to programming a VEX robot or designing a 3D model, our young coders leave every class with something they built themselves. We are growing our team with passionate educators who share that mission.
Our curriculum is designed by our dedicated in house team of computer engineers who are passionate about educational technology and its application in kindergarten to grade 12 education. This ensures that every course is crafted with the expertise and commitment of our own team, keeping kids engaged and excited about learning. Our goal is to spark curiosity in coding, robotics, and entrepreneurship, helping students develop skills that open doors to a future filled with possibilities.
We understand the importance of age appropriate learning, so we start with fun, playful lessons for younger children, using tools like ScratchJr and LEGO Spike Essential to make learning feel like a game. As students progress, they dive deeper into coding with languages like Python and C++, as well as hands on robotics with tools like LEGO Mindstorms, VEX IQ, and even building in Minecraft Education. The courses become more challenging as students grow, encouraging them to create their own projects and explore their entrepreneurial potential.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands on technology teacher who can bring coding, robotics, and creative digital projects to life for kids and teens. You will lead engaging, project based lessons across multiple disciplines and help students build real skills through making, building, and experimenting.

Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours

Candidate Background, Skills, and Requirements
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field, plus classroom teaching experience.
• Strong ability to teach across our core content areas: robotics and hardware (VEX Robotics, Arduino, microcontrollers, sensors), block coding (Scratch), web and game development, and 3D modeling and design. Python knowledge is a strong plus.
• Comfort teaching more than one programming language or tool. Familiarity with any of the following is welcome: Scratch, VEX Robotics, Arduino, Python, Java, or similar.
• Proven experience teaching computer programming or technology to children or teenagers.
• Excellent command of English and strong overall communication skills.
• Able to work in Beijing, China on a full time basis.
Planning and Preparation
• Plan lessons, projects, and activities that guide and support each student's learning journey.
• Research, identify, and propose the best EdTech tools and practices to keep our courses fresh, introducing students to new and emerging technologies.
• Manage classroom logistics for onsite and offsite courses, including IT and audiovisual setup, WiFi connectivity, and equipment readiness.
• Prepare student evaluations and assessments as requested.
• Substitute for absent colleagues when needed.
