Job Description
Responsibilities
Managing Live Ops ongoing features, from Marketing briefs to execution.
Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the game's Back End system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, segmentation, etc.
Setup in-game events and optimize them continuously
Collaborate with Game Producers and Analysts to evaluate the performance of events, sales, features, A/B tests, and use learnings to optimize future occurrences
Strategize and test various hypotheses around events to improve retention, monetization, and engagement
Improve our processes and tools to ensure we are using our time and resources in the most efficient way possible

Requirement
3+ years experience
Experience as Operation Specialist in the US market
Enthusiastic about new technologies - mobile in particular.
Self-motivated, able to prioritize time and work effectively
Empathy and communication skills, being able to understand players and talk their language
Experience improving processes
Clear verbal and written communication skills
