About this job position:
We are seeking a sales channel manager for our US company to develop business and expand in the US market. As Sales Channel Manager for the US market, you will be responsible for developing new locations/dealerships/engineering projects, ensuring channel sales targets are met, providing service to channels, and helping ensure the company's leading position in the market.

1. Execute channel sales plans and goals for the US region.
2. Develop new locations and increase channel sales through cooperation with dealers or engineering projects.
3. Ensure channel sales targets are met and report channel sales performance to the country manager.
4. Attend various exhibitions and conferences, promote company products, and establish the brand's image.
5. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation and work with other departments to promote sales.
6. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.


Qualifications & Requirements: 
1. Sales or channel sales experience in related fields is preferred.
2. More than 2 years of sales/channel experience in kitchen equipment.
3. Those with commercial resources in the home cabinet/kitchen electric and other related industries are preferred.
4. Understand the latest market and consumer behaviour trends and have the ability to suggest business strategies according to them.
5. Have excellent sales and negotiation skills, good communication and coordination skills.
6. English can be used as a working language, and those who are of American or German descent are preferred but not required.
