Job Location: Hong Kong (Must have experience in risk control strategy)
Salary: HKD 17-35k
Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze large-scale user data to identify risk patterns, develop business solutions, design risk control rules, and balance risk management with growth experience.
2. Quantitatively analyze and address issues by integrating key risk control and business metrics, while optimizing risk control strategies and management processes.
3. Investigate business risk requirements, design comprehensive risk prevention solutions, and continuously optimize and iterate product service plans.
4. Build a strategic framework to improve work quality and efficiency in business support.
Basic Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields; relevant work experience preferred.
2. Strong risk awareness and responsibility, capable of assessing risk severity based on business needs, formulating solutions, and ensuring project implementation to mitigate risks.
3. Excellent communication and project management skills, able to coordinate across departments, set measurable project success indicators, and ensure efficient execution and continuous optimization.
4. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently analyze issues and develop solutions.
5. Data-driven, proficient in using data and strategy methodologies to identify optimization opportunities, set measurable data goals, and be accountable for final results.
