About This Role
The Business Unit (BU) Director will take full ownership of the Hong Kong market, be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, managing P&L, and ensuring sustainable growth across the portfolio of generic drugs and consumer healthcare products. The role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams, optimize market opportunities, and deliver exceptional results in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement market strategies to achieve business goals in alignment with regional objectives.
P&L Ownership: Oversee financial performance, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met.
Commercial Leadership: Drive sales and marketing efforts to enhance market share and execute successful product launches.
Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring clear communication of objectives and fostering a collaborative culture.
What We Are Looking For
At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with 5+ years in a senior management role.
Proven expertise in managing generics and consumer healthcare products.
Strong track record of managing P&L and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
