Junior QC Engineer
• Educational background: Maybe Mechanical Engineer or similar.
• Language: Chinese fluent and English good (Both spoken and listening)
• Preferably with experience from automotive or machinery development industry
• preferably experience working with international customers.
• 2-5 years of experience
The Junior QC Engineer should:
• Work with QC engineer on QC assignments like FQC, IPQC.
• Write QC reports after each QC.
• Perform assessments of QC set-up at sub-contractors and key component suppliers. Suggest changes if needed.
• Implement and Improve local processes and teach subcontractor QC staff.
• Strong personality and able to withstand pressure from subcontractors and reject shipments if quality problems.
• Methodically and structured
• Strong communicative skills
• We have 3-4 containers leaving Qingdao each month.
