About the Role
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Representative to support and grow our business in Latin America.
This role offers a unique opportunity to spend the initial phase working onsite in China, gaining in-depth exposure to products, pricing, supply chain, and internal decision-making, and then transition into a regional-facing role based in your home country.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new customers and sales opportunities across the Latin American market;
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, building long-term partnerships;
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region, providing insights to support business decisions;
• Work closely with internal teams and management to support sales and market expansion initiatives;
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Native Spanish speaker; English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication;
• Candidates currently based in Latin America are strongly preferred;
• Applicants from Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil are a plus;
• Willing and able to relocate to Guangzhou, China for approximately one year;
• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• 2–10 years of professional experience;
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred;
o Candidates without direct sales experience but with strong motivation, learning ability, and a sales mindset may also be considered;
• Experience in IVD (in vitro diagnostic), medical devices, or healthcare-related industries is a strong advantage;
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (approximately 6 trips per year during the initial phase).
