Job Requirements
Candidates are not required to have prior gaming industry experience. However, experience in delivering end-to-end (0–1) C-end (consumer-facing) app interaction design projects is required.
After submitting your portfolio, you will be asked to complete a design test.

Qualifications & Skills
1/ Bachelor’s degree or above in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or related fields is preferred;
2/ 5+ years of experience in interaction design or UI/UX design in the gaming industry; candidates with experience in launching full-cycle game projects are preferred;
3/ Proficient in using mainstream design tools to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes;
4/ Strong understanding of user experience design principles, information architecture, and human-computer interaction, with solid hands-on experience;
5/ Excellent logical thinking and system thinking, with the ability to handle complex information structures.
6/ Fluent in mandarin Chinese.
Passion & Understanding of Games
1/A passionate and experienced gamer with exposure to a wide variety of game genres;
2/Familiar with interaction characteristics and design differences across platforms;
3/Able to think from a player’s perspective, with strong sensitivity to user experience.
