School Description:A British International School in Beijing is seeking an experienced International Head of Secondary to join from August 2026. The school follows the IGCSE and AP curriculum and provides a well-established international learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Secondary School (Grades 6-12)
Oversee curriculum delivery across IGCSE and AP programmes
Support and develop teaching staff
Drive academic excellence and student outcomes
Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic direction
Due to curriculum requirements, only candidates from the UK or USA will be considered Salary & Benefits:Salary: 700,000 - 800,000 RMB per annum (gross)Accommodation: ProvidedBenefits: Annual flight allowance, medical cover, and dependent school placesCurriculum: IGCSE & AP
Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements:
A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Principal within an international school setting
Strong knowledge of the IGCSE curriculum
Previous experience in China is advantageous
