We are looking for experienced recruiters based in Shenzhen who can bring their insurance recruitment expertise, market knowledge, and established networks across Life, P&C, Reinsurance, Underwriting, Broking, Claims, and Risk to join our high-performing Insurance team. Our leaders are specialists in the insurance sector, with strong client networks across insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and consulting firms — you will be in excellent hands.

What You’ll Do
Source mid–senior insurance professionals through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers
Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights
Build strong networks across insurance leadership (Heads of Underwriting, Broking Directors, Claims Managers, Risk Leads) within insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and consulting firms
Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
