Our client is a logistics group that provides airfreight forwarder, ocean freight forwarder and other logistics services.etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Sales Head for the Airfreight forwarding business and the position is based in Shenzhen, China.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies for the Airfreight forwarding business
Develop and maintain client relationships, identity business opportunities for the firm
Oversee operations and provide guidance to team members
Oversee and manage the overall financial performance and efficiency
Monitor and evaluate performance and productivity
Provide market insights to senior management that contribute to the overall business planning and strategy
Other ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements:
Key requirements
Bachelor's degree or other qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in logistics industry, familiarize with airfreight forwarder and BSA
Track record in business development and strong market network
Good management and leadership skills
Good understanding of logistics industry trend and market landscape
Good communication and business acumen
